WhAT Are Challenge drills?
A fun quarterly challenge for Uptime Labs users and all those who dare rise up to the challenge.
For three weeks, we invite over 100 participants to go head-to-head in a friendly competition to test their incident management skills and showcase what they’ve learned so far.
This quarter, we’re excited to launch our latest challenge drill, ‘Discount Disaster,’ running from February 17 - March 7 2025.
The ‘Discount Disaster’ Challenge Drill is designed to test and enhance participants' mastery of Effective Business Communication, Team Coordination, and Resilience Principles.
This challenge is not just an opportunity to hone your skills, but also a chance to demonstrate your leadership under pressure in a dynamic, competitive, and fun environment. Will the players rise to the challenge? That’s exactly what we’re here to find out!

The Online Boutique team is riding the wave of a viral influencer campaign, drawing unprecedented attention to their latest flash sale, “The Boutique Blowout”. Customers worldwide are flocking to the platform, eager to snag exclusive deals, and the buzz on social media is unstoppable.
